Job Description

• Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment following established clinical guidelines
• Manage medications and prescriptions through the company's proprietary platform
• Monitor member symptoms and provide guidance or interventions when necessary
• Supervise and work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
• Respond to occasional member voicemails regarding clarifications or medication concerns
• Provide clinical input to improve internal tools and technology
• Occasional travel for chart reviews (approximately twice a year)
• Participate in an on-call rotation as per schedule
