Currently, the organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Client Liaison to join their team and help drive business growth by identifying and converting referrals into new clients. You will build strong relationships within the community, including hospitals, senior living facilities, and other referral sources, to support individuals needing assistance with daily living activities as they return home or transition to temporary or long-term residences.
The Client Liaison also serves as a liaison between families and the office, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service to enhance client safety, security, and ability to age in place.
