JOB SUMMARY :

This role offers the opportunity to join our Global Capital Markets – Corporate Lending team, supporting daily profit and loss (P&L) production across multiple business strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling the Business Unit’s estimated P&L with the firm’s sub-ledger P&L. This position provides exposure to a wide range of financial products and strategies, as well as an opportunity to learn the flow of finance and risk systems information. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving daily breaks, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce and reconcile daily profit and loss (P&L) reports for multiple Corporate Lending strategies.
• Reconcile Business Unit estimated P&L against firm’s sub-ledger P&L to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve daily breaks identified in the reconciliation process.
• Develop an understanding of financial products and strategies used within Global Capital Markets.
• Build knowledge of finance and risk systems data flows to support issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving tools, systems, and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
