Job Description

Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Surgeon during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
  • Take dental radiographs (x-rays, panorex)
  • Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
  • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
  • Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
  • CPR Certification

    Working Environment & Physical Requirements

    This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

    Pay : $19.00 - $22.50 per hour based on experience
