Position : Sales Representative (Michigan)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help drive our growth by promoting our vision, mission, and core values. In this role, you’ll execute sales strategies, initiate contact with new and existing customers, uncover their needs, and provide tailored product solutions. Acting as a trusted Packaging Specialist, you’ll bring forward innovative ideas and programs with quality products that meet customer requirements at a fair and profitable price.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Direct sales experience in Southeast Michigan (Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties) strongly preferred.
- Corrugated knowledge is a plus, though industrial sales backgrounds in logistics, distribution, Jan / San, or safety will be considered.
- Basic understanding of packaging materials and products, especially corrugated boxes and their applications.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and close business.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience specifically in corrugated packaging sales or in a closely related industry (packaging, logistics, or manufacturing).Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Familiarity with packaging design and customization, including collaborating with design teams.Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
