Product Business and Technology Analyst

Position

WCF Insurance is growing, and the Product Management department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Product Business & Technology Analyst . This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Manager of Product Technology.

The person in this position works out of WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters or one of the regional offices located in Roseville, CA; Boise, ID; or Denver, CO. Hybrid (office / home) or fully remote option is available.  It is highly preferred to have c ommercial insurance product knowledge.

Qualifications

The most qualified Product Analyst candidate will have :

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in insurance or combination of IT and insurance.
• Proficient in documentation tools and JIRA.
• Experience in IT, training and project management, and managing business relationships.
• Expertise in complex business processes, system design, and operations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization.
• Commercial insurance product and coverage knowledge preferred.
• SQL experience desirable.

WCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package.   Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and time off to volunteer in the local community. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation in their first year. Expected salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 depending on location , experience , and education .

Internal candidates should have 6 months in their current position, acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
