Corporate Controller

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead and oversee the company’s accounting and finance activities at the corporate level, including the management, development, and investment companies. This role is critical in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the firm, supporting strategic decision‑making, and driving financial performance. The candidate will play a key role in several transformative technology initiatives, including but not limited to, the implementation of a new accounting ERP system (Sage) and the selection and implementation of a travel & expense solution.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to $180,000 and a bonus opportunity ranging from 25% to 40%.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain accurate books and records, prepare GAAP and tax-basis financial statements, manage audits and tax filings with external accountants, and oversee tax payments
• Execute quarterly, and year-end close processes, including but not limited to, revenue and expense accruals, recording of amortization and depreciation expense, investment entries (such as capital contributions and distributions), and intercompany reconciliations
