What Your Job Will Be Like :
We are seeking a Technical Business Development Specialist to join the Business and Competitive Intelligence and DAV-C department. On any given day, you may be called upon to develop and implement a continuum of business development functions to support Sandia’s mission, research, and technology strategies. Responsibilities include :
- Conduct primary research to prepare materials to communicate Sandia’s success in technology transfer and partnerships, including success stories, award nomination, and other related materials via various internal and external channels.
- Keeps informed about developments in government, economic, scientific, and other fields related to program mission objectives.
- Manages proposal development, compiles and drafts technical and partnership elements of proposals.
- Prepares briefings for leadership and Federal sponsors, including but not limited to NNSA and DOE.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Maintaining Sandia’s web presence and ensuring content is updated regularly.
- Develops long-form case studies to regularly assess and share information related to specific Sandia-developed technologies and relevant partnerships.
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
Salary Range : $66,900 - $150,000
