Lead Technician-PSD

Job Summary : This position is responsible for performing inspections diagnoses and repairs of heavy equipment and / or related equipment or components following established procedures and guidelines. Works as a leader of a team to provide mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental responsible for establishing production goals supervising training and evaluating service employees to ensure that work is performed in support of companys department position Generally has more than ten years of experience and / or demonstrated job relevant knowledge / skills. A Lead Technician has a broad knowledge of the fields standard and technical concepts practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard complex and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires no supervision.
