job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience with distribution design (1-2 years); Prior experience in the utility industry or with utility-specific applications Support the Distribution Control Center’s programs and systems, including Distribution Grid Design. Collaborate with the Program Manager and OT team on day-to-day tasks and longer-term support initiatives. Utilize and manage tools such as GE’s Design Manager or similar platforms used in utility grid design. Assist in tasks tied to the Distribution Design Management system and related support efforts. Be responsible for proactive and reactive communication pertaining to project scope until customer is ultimately satisfied Be highly knowledgeable and proficient in the design of the Distribution System, both in new construction and maintenance activities Support the Distribution Control Center’s programs and systems, including Distribution Grid Design
Estimated Duration : 12 months
Work Setting : % of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required :
- Availability to work % of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach, FL;
- Experience with Electrical design;
- Experience with GE Design Manager or similar software used in the utility sector.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
