As the Hardware Engineering Manager for Electrical and Firmware Engineering, will lead the team responsible for the electrical heart and nervous system of the Beam product line. You will manage the design of complex main logic boards (MLBs), flex circuits, and power systems, while simultaneously overseeing the system‑level integration that ensures signal integrity, power delivery, and electromagnetic coexistence. You will be the architect who ensures that our massive data pipelines (Video / Audio / ML) run on reliable, manufacturable hardware. This is a high‑visibility leadership role where you will guide architectural decisions, drive the system verification strategy from prototype to mass production, and mentor a high‑performing team of executive engineers.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $221,000‑$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
