Job Position Description :

Oversee estimating and management of crews for residential and commercial reconstruction assignments. Assign and coordinate jobs with subcontractors and in-house teams, keeping the Reconstruction Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs within budget and target profit margin.
