Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique firm with a new

• unposted
• search for a Litigation Associate in the firm's D.C. office.

The ideal candidate will be a second or third year associate who graduated from a Top 15 law school or top 15% of class. Prior clerkship is preferred.

The firm handles some of the highest-profile and most cutting‑edge cases in the country that intersect law and technology.

The associate will have hands‑on, direct responsibility for cases and active involvement with clients.

Associates are provided incredible training and mentorship.

Low Billable Hours : 1,800 hours total (1,600 billable, 200 pro bono or business development) to support and encourage work‑life balance.

Hands‑On Learning : Work directly with senior attorneys from day one—draft briefs, take depositions, and prepare for trial. You won’t be boxed into doc review.

Only two in person office days required.

Diverse Practice Areas : Gain exposure to white‑collar litigation, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and more.

The group is in the early stages of reviewing candidates.
