Product Leadership

As a Product Leader for Secure Service Edge, you will deliver network security solutions to protect employee access to Capital One business and productivity apps, SaaS apps and internet destinations, with a consistent and simplified user experience, irrespective of whether they’re working from campus, back‑office or remote locations, by leveraging a risk‑based approach and data‑driven strategy to balance security, user experience and digital business transformation.

Basic Qualifications

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) ; a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Compensation

Salaries per location :

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
