Preferred : Accounts Receivable / Billing / Contract Management background with data analysis exposure. Higher education (Bachelor s / Master s) acceptable if paired with relevant hands-on experience. Experience cap : Open senior profiles also welcome if aligned with compensation. Interview rounds : TBD depends on candidate volume; likely 1 2 rounds. Assessment : Candidates will complete an Excel / Google Sheets analysis test . Test evaluates analytical ability, data comprehension, and practical problem-solving. Candidates receive a dataset with questions to analyze independently (not live). Hiring Manager seeks proof of applied analytical skill not just verbal competency.

Description :
Team & Responsibilities
- Team manages invoicing, contract preparation, and milestone tracking for pharma partners .
- Focus is not on accounting (no debits / credits / journal entries) but rather on contract and invoice management .
- Responsible for ensuring payments are processed correctly and posted accurately by other internal teams.
- Heavy focus on aged items (2 3 years+) , requiring investigation and root-cause analysis of invoice / payment issues.
- Candidate must review aging reports, invoices, emails, payment applications , and determine discrepancies.
- Expected to maintain professional front-facing communication with external pharma partners to support relationship management (not collections).
- Work includes monthly statement reviews, invoice runs, and regular follow-up with partners.
- Involves daily multitasking email correspondence, phone meetings, internal coordination, and data review.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams : Project Managers, Business Development, Finance, and Lab teams.
