Description :

Team & Responsibilities

• Team manages invoicing, contract preparation, and milestone tracking for pharma partners .
• Focus is not on accounting (no debits / credits / journal entries) but rather on contract and invoice management .
• Responsible for ensuring payments are processed correctly and posted accurately by other internal teams.
• Heavy focus on aged items (2 3 years+) , requiring investigation and root-cause analysis of invoice / payment issues.
• Candidate must review aging reports, invoices, emails, payment applications , and determine discrepancies.
• Expected to maintain professional front-facing communication with external pharma partners to support relationship management (not collections).
• Work includes monthly statement reviews, invoice runs, and regular follow-up with partners.
• Involves daily multitasking email correspondence, phone meetings, internal coordination, and data review.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams : Project Managers, Business Development, Finance, and Lab teams.
