SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the development, delivery, and sustainment of complex, enterprise-level software solutions in support of mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proven success managing full lifecycle software projects within large, dynamic IT environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead enterprise software projects using Agile methodologies, from planning through deployment, in complex IT environments.
  • Manage development teams and apply SDLC processes to deliver high-quality software.
  • Oversee Microsoft technology stack implementation : C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure PaaS.
  • Resolve system issues and maintain availability using ITIL-based processes.
  • Integrate structured / unstructured data and drive BI / reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with government and commercial cloud providers.
  • Mentor teams and guide technical execution aligned with best practices in cloud and DevOps.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Science, or IT.
  • 10+ years managing software-intensive projects and leading enterprise software teams.
  • Expertise in Microsoft tech : C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure, Dynamics 365, IIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, C++, HTML / DHTML, Visual Studio, Visual C++, JBuilder.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Proven ITIL experience supporting system availability and operations.
  • Strong background in BI and data integration for operational support.
  • Experience with DISA and cloud service environments

    • PREFERRED SKILLS :

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience in federal or defense environments.
