Role : Inside Sales Representative (Relocation Services)

Role Type : Full-Time, 1099 Contractor

Location : West Palm Beach, FL

Our client is Florida’s leading full-service moving and relocation company, offering an unmatched 360-degree service model. From packing and transport to storage and logistics, they handle every aspect of residential and commercial moves, delivering peace of mind with military precision and care.

The Role : They are hiring an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include :

Manage inbound and outbound calls, plus web-based leads – all hot leads!
Schedule appointments for our field sales reps and support clients throughout the process
Overcome objections with ease and highlight the value of our comprehensive services

Compensation : $32,000 / year base plus uncapped commission. Average reps earn $120K / year; top performers make $150K+.

Work Schedule : Work 5 or 6 days a week (10-hour shifts). Shifts may be : 7AM–5PM, 8AM–6PM, 9AM–7PM, 10AM–8PM, or 11AM–9PM. 6 days is preferred.

We’re looking for candidates who :

Must be based in West Palm Beach, FL

1+ years of inside or outside sales experience with direct customer interaction, a plus

Proven track record of closing sales and surpassing goals

Comfort with CRM systems and a fast learner with new tech

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
