Business Title : Customer Service Associate-Central Bakery

Position Summary

The office clerk is the main communicator between the stores and Central Bakery. Everything comes through this office and is processed here. Provide the stores and Central Bakery shifts with necessary information and products.

Starting Wages : $17.00

Schedule : A flexible start time of 6am / 8 : 30am / 9am; flexible schedule with weekends and holidays

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience : Experience with Excel, Word, Photo Editing, and Outlook preferred.

Qualifications

Basic math and reading skills, ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work schedule, weekends and holidays may be required. Good communication and organizational skills, detail oriented, flexible schedule, multitasker, good computer skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Photoshop, and Outlook

Physical Requirements

Clearing fax and filling orders, processing online orders, answering phone, entering bio-sheets, adjusting store orders, running daily production / pass-out sheets, entering special orders, running end of day, updating prices. Light lifting up to 20 lbs.

Other Duties

Entering wedding cake orders, portraits, processing orders, filling store supplies, cleaning printers, item sales reports.
