We are seeking a Strategic Recruiter to join our AECOM team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support our organization's growth objectives. This role will support our Strategic Recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and securing critical, senior level talent. It requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment or senior level executives and demonstrate a strong presence when partnering with business leaders. This position can be based in any US or Canada location where AECOM has an office presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment :

• Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
