Lead Program Management Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Lead Program Management Specialist will lead the cross-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PBL Contract deliverables adhering to the terms and conditions of the contract and the established business case. This role influences approaches projects and programs within the functional area or affected business organization as well as the ways of working. The position impacts the quality efficiency and effectiveness of the teams performance. The Lead Program Management Specialist operates within commercial practices and policies which may be shaped by the responsibilities of the role. The role involves significant control and influence over commercial priorities with moderate autonomy to enter into and execute commercial arrangements. Achieving the required outcomes demands high levels of commercial judgment.

The base pay range for this position is $ 108300 - 180000 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 2 2026.
