Assistant Operations Manager
InteLogix is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support a team of 8-15 Customer Account Representatives, responsible for supporting overall performance achievement, supporting career path and development, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. Additionally, in this role, the Assistant Operations Manager will assist in the efficient operation of the collection office, training new team members, coordinating and collaborating with other departments and helping to maintain a positive working environment.

Manage a team of 8-15 Customer Account Representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performanceAssist in the efficient operation of the collection office, collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager and Director to achieve departmental goalsSupervise Customer Account Representatives, Clerical, and Collection Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and proceduresConduct regular reviews of employee work to identify areas for improvement and facilitate career development and coachingSupport the training and development of all team members with the Accounts Receivable departmentUtilize available systems and resources to maximize collection potential and ensure compliance with relevant guidelinesParticipate in the recruitment process by assisting with interviews for prospective applicantsCoordinate with other departments to foster cooperation and streamline operationsMaintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing deadlines and performance goalsDemonstrate professionalism and foster positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues and external stakeholdersUphold workplace safety standards and perform additional duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent, requiredBachelor's Degree, preferredExperience :
Minimum 2 - 4 years of management experience or equivalent Management Training program completion requiredInternal candidates must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of InteLogix policies and proceduresMinimum 2 years of third party support, strongly preferredComputer Experience :
Ability to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems is requiredWhat We Look for in a Candidate :
