About the Role :
As a Duty Manager, you’ll serve as the on-site leader responsible for supporting Supervisors and ensuring the Airport Services Concierge team is empowered to succeed. You’ll work closely with your General Manager to achieve operational performance goals, manage station budgets, and uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards. With a focus on day-to-day execution and long-term improvement, you'll set your station up for success across every shift.
A Day in the Life :
Each day, you'll be onsite — coaching teams, resolving issues, and keeping the station running smoothly.
Responsibilities include :
- Supporting Supervisors with daily operations and performance coaching
- Driving compliance with safety, regulatory, and company procedures
- Managing and optimizing station operations in line with budget targets
- Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional Customer service
- Leading efforts to continuously improve processes and station performance
- Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals
- Ensuring effective Crew scheduling and real-time problem solving
- Representing JSX with airport stakeholders and external partners

High school diploma or GED3+ years of airport operations experience5+ years of face-to-face customer service experience2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to travel frequentlyAbility to lift up to 75 lbsComfortable with bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for prolonged periodsWilling to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to pass FAA / DOT drug and alcohol screeningsThis is an in-person, on-site role at the stationPay & Perks :
Compensation is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
