About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of financial strategies that are in line with the organization's overall objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of all financial reports, overseeing the financial and accounting systems to ensure compliance with regulations, and leading the financial planning and budgeting process. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with working closely with senior executives to identify new business opportunities, evaluating the company's financial performance, and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or similar is also preferred. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a strong background in corporate finance, accounting principles, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial and accounting software, be proficient in MS Office and financial management software, and possess strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with ASC 606, financial forecasting, and financial management is essential, as is a commitment to strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
