The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center is a program designed to offer individual tailored assistance and brief (up to 90-day) stabilization for a maximum of sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and above, who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and / or concurrent mental health diagnoses. These individuals are experiencing psychiatric symptoms and / or significant emotional / behavioral changes that negatively impact their functioning and jeopardize their ability to stay in their usual home environment.

Location / Schedule : 750 Hazel Street, Macon Georgia Rotating 12-hour shifts Sun-Sat 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
