Night Shift Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and organize production schedules and activities.

Assign work tasks based on production needs and employee skills.

Review draft and approve relevant production documents and reports.

Make recommendations to improve production efficiency and adjust processes as needed.

Rearrange production sequences to meet planning needs and deadlines.

Monitor the availability of raw materials components and other products required for production.

Check the operational status and availability of equipment.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols waste management and production processes.

Assist in the hiring and integration of new production employees.

Coordinate staff movements rotations and evaluations.

Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.

Provide feedback and recommendations on employee performance and development.

Collaborate on management and production processes.

Validate production equipment and participate in employee training and development.

Write and review documents related to production management including procedures and validation reports.

Verify inventory availability and compliance with product specifications.

Plan and oversee equipment interventions and ensure timely start-ups.

Monitor production line compliance and quality.

Approve critical production steps and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications :

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Strong management and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and ensure follow-up.

Adaptability and versatility in a dynamic work environment.

Analytical expertise with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
