This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; Overland Park, KS; or Denver, CO. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office. We're looking for a Senior Creative Director to help lead and deliver bold, brand-building video work across some of our most high-impact creative initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, helping to guide creative development across the full spectrum of video contentfrom hype-driven sizzle reels and visionary brand films to crisp explainer videos, thought-leading executive storytelling, and culture-driving social content. You'll take projects from the spark of an idea, through pitch and presentation, to production and postbringing a mix of narrative craft, visual style, and executional excellence to every stage. As part of T-Studios, you'll partner closely with designers, copywriters, editors, studio managers, and business leaders to develop integrated creative that moves the brand forward and drives real results. You'll lead campaigns, present ideas to leadership, and mentor teams across disciplines with clarity, confidence, and care. This is a role for someone who brings vision, builds trust, and doesn't mind getting into the details. You leave your ego at the door, bring people along, and push for work that's smart, fast, and feels like T-Mobile.

Base Pay Range : $86,900 - $156,700 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
