Patient Access Specialist
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $19 / hour
Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire
Work Arrangement : Hybrid after training

LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to join our healthcare team in Phoenix. This role is essential in ensuring patients have a seamless experience from registration to discharge. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
Verify insurance information and patient demographics
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate patient information
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in computer systems and medical software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Pay Details : $19.00 per hour
