HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Network Administrator for a high priority project that is part of their Space Protection and Response Solution Contract. The objective of the Space Protection and Response Solutions is to provide innovative technology solutions to ensure our Nations space mission capabilities in a multi-domain joint and coalition conflict.

As a Network Administrator you will implement and maintain our organizations network infrastructure. Your role will involve overseeing network administration troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring the performance availability and security of our network systems.

What You Will Do

Install configure and troubleshoot WAN / LAN equipment including routers switches multiplexers and VPNs

Manage internetworking protocols (IP VLANs VTP OSPF EIGRP BGP multicast) across Cisco Juniper and Brocade platforms

Perform packet-level diagnostics using NetFlow protocol analyzers sniffers and log analysis

Apply DoD STIGs to network devices and ensure compliance with security policies

Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds

Assist in network design documentation and implementation

Support cross-domain connectivity and implement robust network security measures

Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Must Have

2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or 6 years with a high school diploma

Experience in network operations and support within DoD or federal environments

Hands-on experience with cross-domain solutions and network security planning

Must have an Active DoD Top Secret clearance

Must haveSecurity Network or equivalent IAT Level II certification

Preferred Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline.

CCNP Certification or equivalent.

Physical Requirements
