The Role

We are seeking Paid Social Growth Marketers to help design, execute, and scale high-performing campaigns across major social platforms. You'll work directly with innovative brands to drive measurable acquisition and retention results through data-driven strategy and creative excellence. Contract projects typically range from 1040 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter)
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve growth KPIs
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts that drive engagement and conversion
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting and recommendations
• Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging channels
