Senior Publishing Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Publishing Strategist for North America.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the North America publishing strategy for an upcoming UE5 open-world title

Define player segmentation, target audiences, and positioning frameworks to influence product direction

Lead consumer and player research programs to uncover motivations and preferences across North American audiences

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in game or entertainment publishing in North America, including pre-launch and live-ops strategic planning

Experience supporting Asian or global entertainment IPs in U.S. market entry

Deep understanding of North American player behavior and genre trends

Experience designing or applying player feedback and testing frameworks

Strong analytical skills and ability to connect data with strategy
