Responsibilities
- Glue and Staple material on to various foamed up frmaes and other wood substates.
- Assemble and upholster furniture frames with precision and care.
- Glue and staple material on to various foamed up frames and other wood substrates.
- Upholster and assemble complete units per specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools including automatic staple guns.
- Align parts and materials to meet visual standards and ensure proper assembly.
- To read, count, and write accurately to complete all documentation.
- Communicate product, material or process issues to Engineering.
- Promote and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.
- Stay updated on upholstery techniques and materials to enhance product quality.
