Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing General Surgery Clinic team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated APP with surgical experience who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care in both the clinic and operating room settings.

Position Details

• Full-time position in General Surgery
• Based at 2222 West Division Street, Chicago, IL 60622
• Monday- Friday schedule, no call responsibilities
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Serve as First Assist in the operating room
• Conduct pre- and post-operative patient evaluations
• Manage your own clinic patient panel with continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and support staff
• EMR documentation and surgical coordination responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of APP experience required , including surgical assisting
