Payroll Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This position involves handling moderately complex payroll tasks, maintaining payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries to support seamless payroll operations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, process, and handle payroll data and systems in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
• Address complex payroll-related inquiries, issues, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments and locations to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Process high volume payroll for 1300 employees across multiple states, including OR, WA, and ID.
• Handle state taxes, earnings, and deductions, including garnishments.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
