Location : Bozeman, MT

Duration : January / February (as soon as credentialed) until August 2025

Reason for coverage : Until permanent provider starts (August 2025)

Schedule : 3-4 weeks per month (cannot consider 2 weeks at this time)

Shift : 4-5 days per week, Monday Friday, 8a-5p

Call : potential for clinic call only, no IP coverage hospitalist team covers the IP unit

Patient volume : 12-18 / day

Scope : 100% outpatient, adult, endocrinology, 60% general endo, 40% diabetes

EMR : Epic

Hospital : 91 beds, level III trauma

Group / support : Diabetes clinic located on-site. 1 : 1 MA to Provider, PCT and nurse navigator in office, Two Pediatric Endocrinologists in town and outstanding surgical support, ultrasound in clinic for guided thyroid biopsies.

Required : Board certified or board eligible (if recently trained) with Montana license, Compact license, or willing to apply for the MT license
