Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer IV to join our growing team in the DFW Texas area. This role involves designing conveyor driven parcel / package and letter sorting systems including custom PCBs conveyors stackers camera identification systems and print / labeling systems. The engineer will ensure product functionality technical design and development of electrical electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include creating electrical design packages collaborating with project teams and supporting quality control testing. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a passion for learning and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate and meet delivery deadlines while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and resolve performance and operational challenges.
• Provide feedback and support strategic decisions for system functionality and performance.
• Work within budget constraints and quoted pricing proposals.
• Manage and resolve escalated operational issues.
• Communicate effectively within the team and across departments.
• Review and approve engineering work products including drawings and designs.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to verify project outcomes.
