job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with payroll processing and ensure tax / regulatory compliance Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions Support year-end reporting activities and filings Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and training coordination Help administer benefits and implement policy updates Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulations Prepare internal and external reports, including those for auditors Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred 58 years of combined Accounting and / or HR administration experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor a plus) Strong Excel skills Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Demonstrates discretion and professionalism with confidential information Proactive problem solver and collaborative team player Able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing responsibilities across both functions.
