• Hours : Typically Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Saturdays from 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM

• Call Schedule : Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
• Compensation : Compensation is highly competitive, offering $175k-$250k, depending on experience. -Bonus available, up to 20% of annual compensation

INTEGRAL PROVIDER SUPPORT : Providers offer care with a fee-for-service-based healthcare model, minimizing high patient volumes, so they focus on their primary objective : providing top-tier pediatric care. -Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider.-EMR : eCW( E-clinical works)YOUR VOICE MATTERS : As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth. LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES : Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. On average, call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is outpatient, phone call only. Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians. Must be licensed in FL.
