We have partnered with a large Design Services company in the Baltimore MD area to provide them with a Federal Proposal Specialist. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Federal Proposal Specialist :

#1. Federal proposal management expertise (SF-330 & TORN submissions)

#2. Strong knowledge of federal AEC contracting & procurement (FAR / DFARS)

#3. Proficiency in InDesign Deltek and Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements of the Federal Proposal Specialist :

• Bachelors degree : 5 years of experience in federal AEC industry preferred
• Direct experience managing proposals (SF-330 submissions) and TORNs for the Federal Government (DOD GSA etc)
• Proficiency in InDesign Deltek and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of AEC marketing principles proposal development and go / no-go process.
• Proficient in SOQ / proposal production including digital and printing / binding.
• Knowledge of and experience with federal AEC contracting including procurement processes FAR / DFARS government procurement websites / portals terminology best practices and industry organizations.
