Location Carrollton, TX - Onsite – Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation & Schedule

  • 18.00 / hr
  • Full-time, W2
  • Standard business hours, 100% onsite

ROLE IMPACT

The Customer Experience Specialist ensures seamless order processing and customer satisfaction by managing high-volume data entry and coordinating communication across internal departments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate records, facilitating transactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience to drive repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform heavy data entry with precision, including large-scale purchase orders
  • Manage extensive email correspondence to support timely and accurate transactions
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate smooth order processing
  • Maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Outlook
  • Follow structured training processes, including weekly job shadowing with leadership
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Alpha-numeric data entry speed of 8K keystrokes per hour preferred
