Human Resource Generalist

We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll partner with senior HR leaders to manage day-to-day HR operations for our U.S.-based team members, including large groups of non-exempt employees across multiple states. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits ensuring policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals and our strong global team culture.

Employee Relations & Talent Development

• Be a trusted resource for team members, serving as a subject matter expert on Sago's U.S. handbook, applicable federal laws, and multi-state compliance requirements.
• Resolve workplace issues while fostering Sago's culture and living our HR rallying cry : EASE Elevate, Align, Simplify, Engage .
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development opportunities to help our team thrive.
