Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will lead service technicians, design solutions for complex problems, manage outside contractors, handle multiple projects, and meet timelines as per company standards. The role involves developing plans to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Train employees as needed and provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Complete assigned Preventive Maintenance tasks and suggest improvements.
• Install and troubleshoot photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
• Mentor technicians by providing guidance and direction to help them achieve their goals.
• Work with teams to complete additional projects as assigned.
• Complete all safety training as assigned by the company.

Work Environment

The position covers a leave of absence until 02 / 01 / 2026. Shift options include BHD (05 : 00 - 15 : 30) and nights Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 18 : 00 - 05 : 00. Candidates must be open to any 12-hour shift, with schedules potentially including Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Training requires travel for 2-4 weeks, and flexibility with shift changes is necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Jurupa Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.50 - $42.50 / hr.
