Event Coordinator

A company is looking for an Event Coordinator who will manage project support and event operations to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Oversee event logistics, including staging, vendor coordination, and on-site leadership

Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to enhance guest experiences and event impact

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in event production and large-scale experiential management

Proficient in project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar

Bachelor's degree in Event Production, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

Ability to travel and work flexible hours during events

Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
