Our client, a leading general contractor with a strong track record in mission-critical construction around the nation, is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead a major Data Center build in Dallas, TX . This role involves overseeing large and complex projects—from preconstruction through closeout—and making sure everything stays on track, on-time, and within budget.

This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing team delivering complex, high-spec projects that demand strong technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, sound decision-making, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of the data center construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain project schedule and budget; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee RFI, submittal, change order, and billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with client representatives, design teams, and internal leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct regular site walks, team meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and drive accountability to meet project milestones.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; data center and mission-critical project required.
  • Proven track record managing projects over $50M in value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or related field
  • Strong estimating and preconstruction experience
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and compliance
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
