IL Licensed Child / Adolescent Therapist  1099 Role!

Minimum of 5 hours per week, with no maximum limit.

You can increase your hours as much as you’d like.

Fully remote role and team Customizable caseload :

• build your own schedule Referral Program :  When you refer someone to work with us, you'll receive $ when they start, and another $ on their 1-year anniversary!  FT : $500 PT : $250 1099 : $125 Needed Coverage :   Monday - Friday 3 : 30pm - 8 : 30pm CT Saturdays & Sundays 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm CT Rate :   Flat rate for each appointment completed, determined by the CPT code submitted. 90791 (55 minute Initial Assessment) :  $85 90837 (55 minute Patient Session) :  $85 90834 (45 minute Patient Session) :  $60 90846 (30 minute Family Session) :  $60 90832 (30 minute Patient Session) : $40 Note :  Documentation & Admin time are figured into these rates.
