As an Indirect Business Development Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our Indirect Lending Program. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and business partners, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and access to the financial solutions they need.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise dealerships and other business partners.
• Communicating program guidelines, expectations, and compliance requirements to indirect partners.
• Monitoring loan origination, underwriting, and funding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Providing timely loan status updates and coordinating with dealer representatives.
• Analyzing market trends and dealer feedback to recommend new products, rates, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and program success.
• Representing First Commerce at events and meetings - including evenings and weekends as needed.
