Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a full-time, hybrid, qualified, experienced and dedicated Orlando area-based Estate Planning / Trust and Litigation Paralegal.

Paralegal Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years  Florida Estate Planning / Trust and Litigation experience
• Case Management
• Drafting pleadings / petitions / notices
• Drafting Estate Plans
• Client communications / follow-up
• Court / JA communication
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently

The annual salary for this position starts at $60,000, plus benefits.
