InfoSec Engineer Job Description
Candidate will support the life cycle management of all SSOs from initial creation, modification and retiring SSO configurations for enterprise applications. Candidate will need to be engaged with customers daily to ensure timely delivery of SSO and troubleshooting. Additionally, the candidate will be supporting MFA and Password related incidents. Handle day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and operational support of authentication (SSO / MFA / Password) configurations for the workforce. Respond to and handle service and escalation tickets within SLA expectations.
Key skills :
- Single Sign-On configuration using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM - 5 years
- SSO Troubleshooting skills - 5 years
- Highly technical, analytical and communication skills in SSO design, implementation and delivery - 5 years
- Looking for engineers who have actively built SSO, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM connections. Okta certification is not required but helpful to demonstrate Okta administration knowledge. Experienced with Okta MFA and AD password management.
