Our Story

We are a family-owned, PT and OT-owned, private practice that comes from humble beginnings. From a husband and wife ran private practice, we have grown our reputation in the local community by prioritizing exceptional quality care with each and every patient we see. 20 years in the making, we now have 10 different locations throughout Long Island / Queens / NYC and 250+ employees dedicated to improving the lives of patients in the local community.

We are looking for a few types of therapist to join our team : those who are clinically-driven, focused on being the best clinician they can be; and those who think outside the box, who look to drive innovation and lean more towards the entrepreneurial side of the business. Our team consists of occupational therapists with all different backgrounds. But the common denominator, is that we're all GOOD people, who care about what we do, and are passionate about improving the lives of our patients.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist on our homecare team, you will really be able to make a difference on our patient's lives, often times in the area they need it most. Think : Step out of the mock kitchen, and into a real one; out of the mock bedroom and into your patient's. Our homecare OT's really get to flex a different muscle when planning a session, allowing patients to see a real difference and maintain their independence in an outside the box manner.

Each treatment is 1 : 1, allowing you to see real growth in a short period of time. Full-Time therapists treat patients in a geographic area close to their home, build their own caseload, and get to make their own schedules. We also offer a ton of support through a collaborative and fun team. All new hires are all welcome to take part in a paid mentorship program that allows you to really grow into the role, as well as ongoing leadership / development training.
