Primary Function : The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple construction projects.
Responsibilities : The Project Manager’s role would include the following, but not limited to :
- Develop subcontracts
- Communicate all information from the Design Professional to those impacted
- Maintain project logs and develop change orders
- Prepare and maintain all project files
- Schedule maintenance
